Paula Fish sprats
Additional needs
1 beetroot
1 package of fresh spinach
olive oil, salt, pepper and parsley
Preparation method:

Wash spinach, dry it in the salad dryer and arrange the salad on a platter. Peel beets and boil in lightly salted water. After cooking - cool it down. Cut beets into slices and cut flowers out of it with a cookie molds. Put them on the spinach. Add sprats in its entirety. Season with freshly ground pepper, olive oil and salt. Serve for breakfast or dinner. Decorate with parsley.
